Default deposit limit

In accordance with Belgian regulations, a default deposit limit of €200 per week has been in place since 20 October 2022.

Should you wish to remove this default limit, you may submit a request via the deposit tab or your player account settings, where you can set your own weekly deposit limit.

Requests will be automatically approved after a 72-hour period unless you are listed as being in default at the Central Individual Credit Register. In such cases, the default limit of €200 per week will remain in place.

Frequently asked questions

I’ve removed my default deposit limit, but I can’t make a deposit. Why?

This may be due to one of your personal deposit limits being reached. Check it via your deposit limits.

My personal deposit limit is higher than the default limit, but I can’t deposit. Why?

The most restrictive deposit limit will always be applied. If you haven’t explicitly requested the removal of the default deposit limit, it will remain in effect until your request has been reviewed and approved by the Gaming Commission.

My request to remove the default deposit limit has been denied. What does this mean?

If your request has been refused by the Gaming Commission, it is likely due to your status in the Central Individual Credit Register of the National Bank of Belgium being listed as in default of payment.
